All of our quotes are firm - the price will not change. The only exceptions are popcorn ceiling, drywall removal and specialty services which are completed on a time + materials basis. This will be clearly noted on the quote + discussed prior to any work being done.

We ask for a 30% deposit on the day the quote is accepted or before work is to begin. The only exceptions are when specialty products, such as epoxies or other items, are ordered directly from a manufacturer. When the job is completed and you are 100% happy we ask for the remainder to be paid. We accept cash, credit, or e-transfer.
