Three Generations of Fine Finishing
You should not have to supervise your painters
You want the result, not a project to manage. Here is how that happens. We walk your home and test the surfaces: adhesion, moisture, and the coating already there. Within 48 hours you have a written quote that names the product for each surface, the start window, and the completion date. Standard scopes get a firm price. Open-ended work, like popcorn ceiling removal, is priced by time and materials, and the proposal says which applies. You pay 30% to hold the dates and 70% when you are satisfied with the work.
Named products, chosen for your rooms
Colour guidance and finish samples for key rooms are part of the project, so you are not choosing under pressure. Benjamin Moore and C2 Paint go on most walls and trim. Keim and Livos are there when you want a zero-VOC or plant-based finish. Cabinets get two-component (2K) coatings from Renner, ALCEA, or Acroma Pro. Decorative plaster uses Metropolis, Novocolor, and MEODED. About 60% of every project goes to the surface before any of it is applied.
What protects your home while the work runs
Before tools come in, the Floor Protection System goes down: craft paper, then Masonite, then a water-impermeable underlayment. The AirCare System runs for the length of the project, with three-stage HEPA filtration and activated carbon holding dust and VOCs down. Every site closes on a 12-point check each day. Shape of Paint is licensed and insured. Every project comes with a written warranty: if anything peels, cracks or fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. The period is stated in your quote.
